   lookup, TCP connection and TLS handshake to a host the page has not spoken to
   yet, and then the font files need a SECOND such handshake to a different host.
   Served from our own origin they reuse the connection the page already has.

   COVERAGE IS UNCHANGED. The unicode-range values below are Google's own, copied
   verbatim, so a browser still downloads only the subsets it actually needs: a
   page of English text fetches the latin files and never touches latin-ext.

   THE GREEK SUBSET WAS DROPPED. Google served 4 greek files for Syne, 44 KB, for
   a site that publishes in English. If Greek text ever appears it will fall back
   rather than break.

   LICENCE. Syne, DM Sans and DM Mono are all SIL Open Font License 1.1, which
   permits self-hosting. See assets/fonts/OFL.txt.

   TO REGENERATE (new weight, new family, new subset): the script is recorded in
   the commit that added this file. Re-fetch Google's css2 output with a modern
   browser UA, keep its unicode-range values, and rewrite the src URLs to point
   here. Do not hand-write unicode-range: getting it wrong silently disables
   subsetting and every visitor downloads every file.
