Delete your account

You can delete your iPredicta account and its data yourself, here, immediately. You do not need the app.

Delete your account

This happens immediately. It is not a request that we process later, and there is no waiting period or grace period. Once it is done it cannot be undone.

Sign in first

To delete an account you have to be signed in to it, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.

Sign-in opens in a new tab. When you have signed in, come back to this tab; it will show your account. If it does not, .

What is deleted, immediately, when you confirm

  • Your login, and the email address on it.
  • Your saved markets.
  • Your alerts.
  • Your preferences, including the record of your age confirmation and when you accepted our terms, and any exchange details you added (a Kalshi API key or a Polymarket wallet address).
  • If you linked a Telegram account: the link between it and your iPredicta account, and any unused link codes.

Deleting your iPredicta account does not close anything at a prediction market exchange. An account you opened with Polymarket, Kalshi or any other venue is with them, and you close it with them directly.

What is kept, and why

  • Server logs that record that a deletion ran. They carry your account's identifier briefly and exist so that a deletion that fails can be investigated. They are kept by our hosting provider for up to 7 days and then discarded. We do not copy them anywhere else.
  • Anonymous cookie-consent records. These are keyed to an identifier your browser generated, with no link to any account, so they are not your account's data and cannot be tied back to you.
  • Your email newsletter subscription, if you have one, and our Telegram bot, if you use it. Each is a separate sign-up; see the next section.

Our emails are separate

Deleting your account does not unsubscribe you from our emails. Our newsletter is a separate system with a separate sign-up. To stop the emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we have sent you. Our Telegram bot is separate in the same way.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@ipredicta.co from the address on the account and we will verify that it is yours and delete it. We reply to the address on the account, never to a different one, and we complete the deletion within 30 days. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it and use this page instead.
