Privacy Policy, Terms & Disclaimer

Privacy Policy

iPredicta ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. This policy applies to all visitors to ipredicta.co and users of our services.

Who we are

iPredicta is a trading name of Prediction Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17172003, whose registered office is at Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, England, BH16 6FA.

Prediction Media Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through ipredicta.co. This means we decide what personal data is collected and how it is used.

For any question about this policy, about how your personal data is handled, or to exercise any of the rights described under "Your rights" below, contact us at privacy@ipredicta.co, or write to the registered office address above marked for the attention of Data Protection.

Prediction Media Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller under registration number ZC221006.

What data we collect

We may collect the following types of personal data:

• Email address: when you leave it with us for our daily email, ask us for a guide, give it to us on the contact page we share when we meet you, or sign up through one of our lead forms on TikTok. We send a daily email at 12:00 UK to people who have asked for it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• First name: only if you choose to give it when you sign up. It is optional, and we use it to address our emails to you
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent, clicks, and interactions collected via Google Analytics 4, and only if you have agreed to analytics cookies
• Guide page counts: on our free-guide pages (ipredicta.co/go/), we count how many times each page was opened, how many times its sign-up form came into view and how many times the form was sent. These are kept only as daily totals, split by the campaign label in the link you followed. This count sets no cookie, reads or stores nothing on your device, and records no IP address, device details or identifier, so the totals cannot be linked to you or to any visit. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is kept, it runs whether or not you accept cookies.
• Device and browser information: operating system, browser type and screen size. Your IP address is also received by any third party your browser contacts to load part of a page; Google Analytics does not store it, and we do not store it ourselves.
• Approximate location, to city level: Google Analytics derives this from your IP address. Our property has granular location and device data collection switched on, so this is your city rather than only your country, together with more detailed device information than the coarse setting would give. This is only collected if you have agreed to analytics cookies.
• Preferences: the topics you choose when you sign up, if any, and in the signup box your experience level
• Your cookie choice: when you accept or reject cookies we record that decision. See "Your cookie choice, and why we keep a record of it" below for exactly what that record contains.

How we use your data

• To send you our emails once they start, addressed to you and on the topics you chose (email, with your consent)
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns
• To monitor site performance and fix technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

• Consent: for marketing emails, for analytics, and for affiliate tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page.
• Doing what you asked: when you ask for one of our free guides and leave the daily-email box unticked, we use your email address only to send you that guide. We send you nothing else, and we keep a record that you asked for it.
• Legitimate interests: for keeping the site secure and working, and for improving it using information that does not require your consent, where this does not override your rights
• Legal obligation: where required by applicable law, including keeping a record of your cookie choice so that we can demonstrate it, as explained below

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following categories of third parties:

• Google LLC: Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics, loaded only if you have agreed to analytics cookies (data processed in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses)
• impact.com: affiliate tracking on our home page, loaded only if you have agreed to affiliate tracking cookies. It records that a visit to a partner site came from here, so that the partner can attribute it to us. It receives your IP address and the page you are on. We do not send it your name, email address or account details.
• Anthropic: we use Anthropic’s Claude models for three features, and each sends different information. The chat widget on this site sends whatever you type into it, together with the market being discussed, when you send a message. The “What does this mean?” explanations on market cards send the market’s title, category and venue, and are generated when you open one. Ask iPredicta AI in our iOS app sends whatever you type, together with the market being discussed, including its title, rationale and recent price history. All three are sent to Anthropic’s API in the United States. We do not send your name, email address or account details with any of them.

Messages from the app travel through our own server on the way, and that server is a relay rather than a record. The app sends no account token, no email address and no device identifier with your message, and our server neither adds one nor looks one up, so what reaches Anthropic is not linked to your iPredicta account. Our server does not store what you typed or what came back: it writes nothing to a database or a file, and the only things it records about a message are technical details, such as how long the reply took and how many tokens it used. It holds the requesting IP address in memory for sixty seconds so that it can limit how fast one caller may send messages, and it writes an IP address to its log only when it refuses a request for that reason.

On Anthropic’s side we use its commercial API, so Anthropic’s published handling of that service is what applies. Anthropic states that it automatically deletes inputs and outputs on its backend within 30 days of receipt or generation, and lists the exceptions: where you are using a service with longer retention under your own control, where the parties have agreed otherwise, where retention is needed to enforce its Usage Policy, and where the law requires it. Where a request is flagged for a Usage Policy violation, Anthropic states that it retains inputs and outputs for up to 2 years and trust and safety classification scores for up to 7 years. Anthropic also states that by default it does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products, which it lists as including the Anthropic API, to train its models. We took both statements from Anthropic’s privacy centre on 21 September 2026: the retention page was last updated on 1 July 2026 and the model training page on 18 August 2026. These are Anthropic’s statements about its own service, not promises we are in a position to make on its behalf.

Do not type anything into the chat, on this site or in the app, that you would not want to leave iPredicta.

• Supabase: our database provider. It holds the accounts, saved markets and alerts, and the record of your cookie choice described above, and the daily guide-page totals described above, which contain no personal data. The Supabase client library is served from our own domain, so loading it contacts no third party.
• Trustpilot: our review widget, which appears in the footer and loads only if you have agreed to the "Reviews" category. When it loads, your browser requests it directly from Trustpilot, and that request tells Trustpilot your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and which page on ipredicta.co you are viewing. We do not send Trustpilot your name, email address or account details, and the widget receives nothing you have given us. If you decline, you get a plain link to review us instead and nothing is sent. If you choose to leave a review, whatever you write is submitted to Trustpilot directly and is governed by Trustpilot's own privacy policy, not this one.
• Netlify: our hosting provider. Every page you request is served by Netlify, which receives your IP address and the page requested as an unavoidable part of delivering the site, and which determines the country you are browsing from so that we can show the correct regulatory notices.
• ActiveCampaign: our email provider, in the United States. Every address you give us is stored there and tagged with where it came from, so that we know what earned it and what you are expecting. If you sign up through one of our lead forms on TikTok, TikTok collects the details you enter in that form (your email address and your first name), and they reach us through ActiveCampaign’s own TikTok Ads integration, with no other company in between. We add them to our list in ActiveCampaign as if you had signed up on this site, and record that the sign-up came from TikTok. TikTok’s own privacy policy covers what TikTok itself does with your information. From the signup box we record that it came from the signup box, together with the experience level you chose. From any signup form we also record the topics you ticked, if any, and your first name, if you gave it, so that we can address our emails to you and send you what you said interests you. We keep a copy of that first name as the name our emails greet you by, or the word “there” if you gave none. From a guide page we record which guide you asked for, which advert or link brought you, and which of the two versions of our writing you were shown. From the contact page we record that we met you in person and which card or campaign brought you. Your address is transferred to the United States and handled under ActiveCampaign’s data processing terms. What you receive depends on where you gave it: a guide page sends the guide you asked for, and nothing else unless you also ticked the box asking for our daily email and occasional emails about prediction markets, in which case you receive the daily email, the short sequence that goes with the guide, and our welcome emails; an address given on the contact page receives no automated email at all, and is used only so that a named person can write to you. We do not send ActiveCampaign your account details, your saved markets, or anything you have typed into the chat. To have your address removed, email privacy@ipredicta.co and we will delete it from ActiveCampaign.
• Resend: our transactional email provider, in the United States. It carries our internal notifications and system alerts, not marketing. When you leave your address on the contact page, Resend carries the message that tells us you did: that message contains your address and sets it as the reply address, so that a named person can answer you directly. Resend does not send you anything, and it receives nothing else you have given us.
• Affiliate partners: Polymarket, Crypto.com (through impact.com) and Matchbook receive referral data when you click through our affiliate links. We do not share your email or personal details with these partners. We also have a commercial relationship with Kalshi. Our Kalshi sign-up link, marked "Ad" and shown only to visitors in the US, is a referral link, so Kalshi receives referral data when you click it. Our other links to Kalshi carry no referral code, so no referral data is sent to Kalshi from them.

Our fonts are served from our own domain. Many sites load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which tells Google the IP address of every visitor and which page they are reading. We used to do this and stopped: the fonts are now hosted here, and loading them contacts no third party.

Data retention

We retain email addresses for as long as you remain on our email list, or, where you gave us your address so that we could write back to you, until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@ipredicta.co.

Analytics data has two retention periods, because Google keeps two different kinds of record. Event data (the individual interactions, such as a page being viewed) is kept for 2 months, which is the shortest period Google Analytics 4 offers. User data (the record associated with a visitor identifier) is kept for 14 months. At the end of each period Google deletes that data automatically.

How our analytics property is configured

These are the settings in our Google Analytics 4 property, as last read on 24 August 2026, with the product links last checked on 31 August 2026 and updated on 21 September 2026. They are listed rather than summarised so you can judge them yourself, and any of them can be changed. Checked again on 26 September 2026: ads personalisation stays permitted at the property level, while Google signals and user-provided data collection are off, and the site denies the advertising consent signals unless a reader accepts marketing cookies.

• Google signals: off. This is the setting that would let Google associate your visit here with the signed-in Google account you use on other devices. It is not enabled.
• User-provided data collection: off. We do not send Google an email address, phone number or any other identifier you have given us.
• Sharing with other Google products and services: not enabled.
• Granular location and device data collection: on. This is why the list above says city rather than country. We have not restricted it in any region.
• Ads personalisation: permitted in all 307 regions Google lists. This setting allows the data collected here to be used for advertising personalisation. We have not switched it off for any region. No advertising tags of any kind load on this site. What the setting does in practice depends on the next entry, and on your marketing choice.
• Linked Google products: Google Ads, since 21 September 2026. A Google Analytics property can be linked to Google Ads, AdSense, Ad Manager and BigQuery, which is the mechanism by which analytics data reaches those products. On 21 September 2026 this property was linked to the Google Ads account iPredicta.co (570-397-3142). AdSense, Ad Manager and BigQuery remain unlinked. The link means the export permitted by the setting above now has a destination: analytics data from this site can reach that Ads account and be used to build advertising audiences.
• What decides whether your data goes there is your marketing choice. Since 21 September 2026 this site tells Google, on every page, that advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are all refused unless you accepted marketing cookies. If you accepted analytics and refused marketing, those three are sent as denied and your data is not used for advertising. Before that date no such signal was sent, and Google's behaviour without one is to proceed as though all three were allowed.

Your cookie choice, and why we keep a record of it

When you accept or reject cookies, we store a record of that decision. We are required to keep it: data protection law requires us to be able to demonstrate that you consented, so this record is kept under our legal obligation to do so and not on the basis of your consent. It is the one thing on this page we cannot offer you a choice about, because a record of your choice that you could switch off would not be a record.

The record contains:

• a random identifier generated in your own browser, which is the only link between the record and you, and which is meaningless to us without your device;
• the version of this policy that was in force when you chose, so that we can tell what you were shown;
• the date and time you chose;
• what you chose, for each category of cookie;
• whether you chose from the banner or the settings panel, and the page you were on.

It does not contain your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, or any fingerprint of your device. We deliberately do not collect identifying information in order to prove a privacy choice.

We keep the record for 24 months, which is longer than the cookies it relates to, so that the record never expires before the thing it is evidence of. If you ask us to erase it, we will stop relying on that consent first, and then erase it. We say this plainly because deleting the record on its own would destroy the evidence that what we did while relying on it was lawful, and the law recognises that by allowing us to keep records we need in order to meet a legal obligation.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. Each change writes a new record; we do not overwrite the previous one, because the history of your decisions is the evidence.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@ipredicta.co. The ICO's role here is as the regulator you can complain to about us, which is separate from our own registration with it as a data controller, described under "Who we are" above.

International transfers

Some of our third-party providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO.

Cookie Policy

iPredicta uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and analyse how the site is used.

Types of cookies we use

• Essential cookies: required for the site to function, including keeping you signed in and storing the record of your cookie choice. Cannot be disabled, and not used to track you.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. These are only set with your consent. Two cookies, on this domain, lasting about two years.
• Affiliate tracking cookies: set by impact.com on our home page so that a partner can attribute a visit to us. These are only set with your consent.

Third-party cookies (Trustpilot). Our review widget is loaded from Trustpilot, and only if you have agreed to the "Reviews" category. When we tested it, the widget set no cookies at all on page load, which is why it appears here as a note rather than in the list above. Trustpilot may set cookies in its own domain if you interact with the widget, or if you are already signed in to Trustpilot; those cookies are set by Trustpilot and governed by its cookie policy. We do not read them and do not use them for any purpose. We gate the widget behind your consent even though it sets no cookies, because loading it still tells Trustpilot which page you are reading.

Terms of Use

These terms apply to ipredicta.co, app.ipredicta.co, the iPredicta mobile apps and the iPredicta Telegram bot (together, “iPredicta”). iPredicta is a trading name of Prediction Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17172003). By using iPredicta you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What iPredicta is

iPredicta is a prediction market discovery and information service. We show publicly available market data from third-party prediction market exchanges, including Polymarket and Kalshi, together with articles, guides and explanations. Everything we publish is for information only.

What iPredicta is not

• iPredicta is not an exchange or a broker, and is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority or registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
• iPredicta does not hold money for anyone and does not place trades.
• Nothing on iPredicta is personal financial advice or a recommendation to trade.
• iPredicta is not responsible for the terms, conditions or actions of the exchanges we link to.

Who can use iPredicta

You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for making sure that using an exchange is lawful where you live. Which exchanges are available varies by country and, in the United States, by state.

Your account

If you create an account, give us a valid email address and keep your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app, on our website at ipredicta.co/delete-account, or by emailing support@ipredicta.co. Deleting your iPredicta account does not close any account you hold with an exchange. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to misuse the service.

Links and commission

Some links to exchanges are affiliate links. We may be paid a commission if you open an account through one. This does not change what we show you. Each exchange’s own terms apply once you leave iPredicta.

AI explanations

Some explanations are written automatically and can be wrong. Always read a market’s own rules on the exchange before acting.

Permitted use

You may use iPredicta for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, reproduce or redistribute our content, or access iPredicta by automated means, without our written permission.

No guarantee

Prices, market details and other information may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. iPredicta is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make using it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

All content on iPredicta, including text, design, code and the iPredicta name and logo, belongs to Prediction Media Ltd.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use iPredicta after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Disclaimer

Prediction market trading involves significant risk. The value of contracts can go to zero. Past probability accuracy does not guarantee future performance. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Market probabilities displayed on iPredicta are sourced from third-party platforms and may be delayed, inaccurate, or subject to change. iPredicta makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data displayed on this site.

iPredicta is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of trading on platforms linked from this site. Always read the full terms and resolution criteria of any market before placing a trade.

Regulatory status

The regulatory status of prediction markets varies by jurisdiction. UK users should be aware that most prediction market platforms are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). US users should verify the regulatory status of any platform before depositing funds. This is not legal advice. Consult a qualified professional if uncertain about your jurisdiction.

Affiliate Disclosure

iPredicta participates in affiliate programmes with Polymarket, Crypto.com and Matchbook, and has had a commercial relationship with Kalshi since 22 September 2026. When you click one of our advertisements for a partner venue and then create an account or trade there, iPredicta may receive a commission payment. Our advertisement for Kalshi shows a sign-up code, IPREDICTA, and our Kalshi sign-up link, shown beside Kalshi prices to visitors in the US, is a referral link. If you open a Kalshi account through that link or with that code, iPredicta may receive a payment from Kalshi. Our other links to Kalshi carry no referral code and earn us nothing. Kalshi learns that you came from iPredicta only if you use that sign-up link or enter the code yourself.

This commission is paid by the platform. It does not affect the price you pay or the terms you receive. Our affiliate relationships do not influence the market data we display or the objectivity of our analysis. We only partner with platforms we believe offer genuine value to our users.

The links that can earn us a commission are our advertisements for partner venues, each marked "Ad" and shown only in the countries where that venue accepts readers. Our other links to venues, in articles and guides and the Trade and Visit links on market cards, carry no referral code. If you would prefer not to use affiliate links, you can visit Polymarket, Crypto.com, Matchbook or Kalshi directly.
