How to reach us, and the four questions we are asked most.

Email support@ipredicta.co for help with your account, the website or the iPredicta app. We read every message and reply from a person.
For press enquiries see Press. For anything about your personal data, including a request to see or delete it, write to privacy@ipredicta.co, which is covered by our Privacy Policy.
In the iPredicta app, open Profile and choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, saved markets and alert settings are removed, and you will not be able to sign in again with the same account.
If you cannot reach the app, email support@ipredicta.co from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you. We will ask you to confirm before anything is removed, because deletion cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel anything at a prediction market exchange. If you opened an account with Polymarket, Kalshi or any other venue, that account is with them and you will need to close it with them directly.
Availability depends on the venue and on where you are, and it changes. Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated US exchange and is not open to UK customers. Polymarket’s access differs between its international and US sites, and some US states are excluded. UK residents have a different set of options again.
We publish what we know on each venue’s page and on our comparison pages, with the date we last checked. Always confirm with the venue before you sign up. We are not the operator, we do not control who they accept, and a page here can be out of date in a way their own signup form is not.
No. iPredicta never holds your money and never places a trade. We are not a broker, an exchange or a bookmaker, and you cannot deposit funds with us.
iPredicta aggregates and explains prices from prediction market exchanges. When you decide to trade, you do that on the venue’s own site, with an account you hold with them, and your money stays with them throughout. Some links to venues are affiliate links, which is disclosed on the pages that carry them and in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Nothing on iPredicta is financial advice, and prediction market trading carries the risk of losing money.
