Polymarket US publishes no list of the states it serves. Its Participant Agreement excludes any country with a national ban on retail binary options, which includes the UK.

Where we link it

Until Polymarket US publishes a list, we link Polymarket US for US readers in the states where we link Kalshi’s contracts for the same kind of market, and never in the UK. That is our own interim rule, not one of its terms. Why we don’t link every venue everywhere.

How its prices compare here

Polymarket US’s fee schedule (effective 19 October 2026, read 20 October 2026) charges takers up to 1.74 cents per contract on standard trades. On our midterms cards we show its price beside polymarket.com’s only when its book has both a bid and an ask no more than 10 points apart, read within the last two hours. On our market cards each venue’s price sits beside every other venue’s for the same question. Buy at is the lowest price a seller will accept, Sell at is the best a buyer will pay, and Price is used where a venue publishes only one figure. A difference between venues is a price discrepancy, not guaranteed profit: fees, settlement rules and timing differ.
